ChordApp is billed as a single flat fee to the syndicate — not per pilot. Split it however your group likes, or roll it into your monthly dues.
A 10-member syndicate on Vx works out at £4.50 per pilot, per month.

Common questions
We already use a spreadsheet — why pay for this?
A spreadsheet can't send a booking confirmation, calculate what each pilot owes after landing, generate your CAA CA-04 form, or notify your group via WhatsApp. ChordApp does all of that automatically — and your treasurer gets their evenings back.
Can we change plans after signing up?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date, so you keep your current features until the end of the period you've already paid for.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Your data remains accessible for 60 days after cancellation so you can export everything — flight logs, ledger records, and documents. After that period it is securely and permanently deleted.
Does every pilot need a separate account?
Yes — each pilot has their own login so everyone gets a personalised view of their own bookings and ledger. The subscription itself is a single charge to the group.
When will the iOS app and payment features arrive?
We're actively building both. All current subscribers will receive access as part of their existing plan when they launch — no price increase required.
Is our financial data secure?
Yes. ChordApp uses UK GDPR-compliant data handling with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Your syndicate's financial records are private to your group.
Flying club or commercial operation?
The plans above are designed for privately-owned, owner-operated aircraft syndicates. Commercial flying clubs and larger operations have different requirements.
